What the service is

Drawnfair gives you a page to collect giveaway entries and a way to pick winners that anyone can re-check. It is currently in early access and free to use. Features may change, and we may introduce paid plans later; we will not start charging for something you are already running.

You are the organiser

The giveaway is yours, not ours. You decide the prize, the rules, who may enter and who wins what. You are responsible for:

• the legality of the giveaway where you and your entrants live, including any permit, registration or notarisation your country requires;
• the eligibility rules, age limits and territorial limits you publish;
• delivering the prize, and any tax or customs consequence of it;
• handling the personal data you collect lawfully, and honouring the consent people gave you.

Rules on prize draws differ sharply between countries and some require advance permission. If you are unsure, get advice before you run the campaign. We cannot give it.

TikTok

Drawnfair is independent. It is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by or associated with TikTok, and it does not read data from TikTok. Your giveaway must say so, and must follow TikTok’s own rules. If TikTok objects to how you run a promotion, that is between you and TikTok.

How you may not use it

• For gambling, lotteries requiring payment to enter, or anything where entering costs money.
• To collect personal data you have no right to collect, or to send messages people did not agree to receive.
• To mislead entrants about the prize, the odds, the closing time or who is running the giveaway.
• To run automated or bulk entries, probe the service, or interfere with other people’s giveaways.

We may close a giveaway or suspend an account that does these things.

The draw is final once published

The whole point of the service is that the result cannot be adjusted afterwards. Once a draw is run, the seed is revealed and the entry list is published, we will not re-run it, edit the list or change the winners — not for you, not for anyone. Close entries only when you mean it.

If a winner does not respond, that is what backup winners are for; pick them in the published order.

What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that emails will always reach an inbox, or that it fits any particular purpose. Spam filters are outside our control.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, or the cost of a prize. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can end your access if you break these terms. Published results stay up, because removing them would break the verification other people rely on.

Changes and law

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we will say so on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
