If you entered a giveaway
The confirmation email has not arrived
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, submit the form again with the same address — that sends a fresh link and does not create a second entry. Until you open that link your entry is not in the draw.
I lost my entry code
Enter the giveaway again with the same address. If you already confirmed, the page shows your existing code instead of creating a new entry.
How do I know I was actually in the draw?
After the draw, open the giveaway page and follow Full entry list. Find your entry code in it. If the code is there, you were in the draw — and the verification page shows how to confirm that the list has not been edited since.
Can I enter twice?
No. Addresses that land in the same inbox count as one entry, including dotted and +tag variants on providers that treat them as the same mailbox.
Remove my data
Email us from the address you entered with. If the draw has not happened, we delete the entry outright. If it has, we remove your email address and keep only the entry code, so the published result still verifies but you are no longer identifiable.
If you run giveaways
Where is the draw button?
It appears only after entries are closed. Until then the card shows Close entries now instead. The list has to be final before winners can be picked — otherwise the proof means nothing.
Can I undo a draw?
No. Once it runs, the seed is revealed and the list is published. That is deliberate: a draw you could re-run is not a draw anyone should trust.
I asked for 3 backups but got fewer
Backups come from the same ranking as the winners. If there were not enough confirmed entries to fill every place, the ones that exist are filled and the rest stay empty.
What time zone is the closing time in?
The one you pick next to the field, shown under it while you type. The panel shows your giveaways in that zone. Public pages show UTC, because entrants are in every time zone and picking one of them would mislead the rest.
Nobody can click a link in TikTok comments
True — TikTok does not make comment links clickable, and a link in the caption is plain text. Put the link in your bio, and say the giveaway code out loud in the video. That is why giveaway codes are short and avoid characters that look alike, such as 0 and O or 1 and I.
Getting the entries out
Download entries (CSV) on the giveaway card. It includes every entry, whether it was confirmed, and whether that person agreed to further marketing. Only contact the ones who did.
